·  Working with Grid Focus by Derek Punsalan is Great!

Grid is a new theme available at ‘WordPress’ and is the first theme for the year 2009. Well! When we look at the face of the page it looks pretty simple but to me it is classy. One gets a ‘browse tab’ that lets you browse and make your blog more accessible to the viewers and yourself.

At the same time, it has sufficient space to fit your Widgets(Get Widgets for WordPress.org and many others) however, WordPress.com doesn’t have the feature to have Javascript and Flash enabled widgets on it . The white-grayish look of the theme is very professional and it makes reading easy. You get to see most of the widgets at the side of the page distributed into two columns and this makes it simple for the reader to grasp most of the page and pick the most interesting part for themselves.

So over and above everything, I say Grid is Cool and Interesting!

I just changed my theme to gridfocus, for some reason I have two blogrolls running which weren’t on my orginal (http://notdesignedtojuggle.wordpress.com), not sure how to get round this one! Otherwise I like the look. More classy themes like this would be good.

How do you get the gallery up on each post? I’m looking at the menu and sidebars but can’t find anything that says gallery. I have found the Media Library, but still don’t know how to put in a gallery. Help!

How do I get rid of Meta Widget? Can’t find any answer to this Question.

    thanks

It is pretty simple; you need to got to your Dashboard->Appearance->Widgets->Sidebar-> (Now you will find Meta as an option under the sidebar; you just need to remove it and you are done.)

Meta is not under the right hand side bar to remove any yet it shows up when I view the site. (does that sound right?) It seems to be a default as it was there when I created it.
